1. Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing, registering, or subscribing to the Agniix platform (“Service”), operated by Agniix Labs India Pvt. Ltd. (“Agniix Labs”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2. Permitted Commercial Use & Consent

Agniix is provided exclusively for legitimate Indian merchants, retailers, wholesalers, and field professionals. You warrant that:

• All phone numbers imported into Agniix belong to existing customers or prospects who have given explicit or transactional consent to receive communications from your business.
• You shall not harvest, purchase, or upload scraped third-party phone lists.
• Every promotional campaign must honor opt-out requests (“STOP” or “रोको”) immediately.

3. Meta Platforms Compliance

All broadcasts delivered via Agniix leverage the official WhatsApp Business / Meta Cloud API. By using our service, you agree to abide by WhatsApp’s Business Messaging Policy and Meta Terms of Service. Agniix is not liable for account suspensions enforced directly by Meta for severe breaches of their policies (such as sending fraudulent messages, narcotics, or counterfeit goods).

4. Pricing, Wallet & Subscriptions

The Starter Vyapar Plan costs ₹500/month (billed monthly). Broadcast message credits are deducted on a pay-as-you-go basis from your prepaid wallet. Unused wallet balances do not expire as long as your monthly platform subscription remains active.

5. Limitation of Liability

Agniix provides the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis with a 99.9% uptime target. In no event shall Agniix’s total aggregate liability exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the preceding 30 days.
