1. Overview & Commitment

Agniix Labs India Pvt. Ltd. (“Agniix Labs”, “we”, “us”) provides an official WhatsApp marketing platform designed for Indian Kirana shops, retailers, and field sales teams. We are strictly committed to data privacy, confidentiality, and integrity. We never sell, rent, or monetize your customer lists or contact records.

2. Information We Collect

• Merchant Account Details: Name, shop name, business address, email address, mobile phone number, and GSTIN (if provided).
• Customer Contact Records: Phone numbers and names imported by you for broadcasting transactional or promotional updates. You retain 100% ownership of your customer list.
• Message Logs & Delivery Reports: Timestamps, message status (sent, delivered, read), and error responses returned by the official Meta Cloud API.
• Transaction Data: Prepaid wallet top-ups made via UPI, credit/debit cards, or net banking. Note that banking and card credentials are processed via RBI-authorized payment aggregators; Agniix does not store sensitive card or UPI PIN data.

3. Meta Cloud API & Third-Party Processing

Agniix connects directly with Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Meta”) using the official Meta Cloud API. WhatsApp message content and recipient numbers are transmitted over encrypted TLS 1.3 connections directly to Meta’s verified servers for delivery. Meta adheres to strict enterprise encryption and security controls.

4. Data Storage & Security Standards

All merchant databases and imported phone ledgers are housed in secure, ISO-27001-certified data centres located within the territory of India (MeitY compliant). We enforce AES-256 encryption at rest and strict role-based access control.

5. Data Deletion & Merchant Rights

You may export or permanently delete your contact records at any time from your account settings. Upon account closure, all associated contact databases are expunged within 30 days, except records required to be retained under applicable Indian tax and financial statutes.
